In the letter, please include a picture of your booth, what product you wish to sell, the footage requirements, and whether you want indoor or outdoor concession space. For outdoor space please contact Bob Trinkle at 610-433-7541 or email Bob at btrinkle@allentownfair.com.
Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. First consideration is given to 2002 vendors.

Tues., Aug. 26th – 5 PM to Midnight Wed., Aug. 27th, to Mon. Sept. 1 – Noon to Midnight
Aug. 26th –5 PM to 10 PM Aug. 27th to Sept 1st – Noon to 10 PM
Aug. 26th –5 PM to Midnight Aug. 27th to Sept 1st – Noon to 11 PM
Minimum concession space is 10’ by 10’. Not included in the base rent are processing fees, city license fees, decorations, parking, and electrical connection and usage. Certificate of liability insurance is required.
