To Be Raced at: Bloomsburg Fair, Bloomsburg PA

For: Foals of  2000

To be raced as: 2 yr old Trotters and 2 yr old Pacers in 2002
3  yr old Trotters and 3 yr old Pacers in 2003
(separate Colt and Filly Divisions)

Nominations: May 15,  2001----------------------------------$10.00

A supplemental payment for this stake for foals of 2000
of $100.00 may be made on or before  December 1, 2001.

Added money: The Bloomsburg Fair will add $1500.00 in each
of the eight divisions. There will be  no deduction for promotion, clerical
or any other expenses. The horsemen will race for every dollar paid in
plus the $14,000.00 added by the Bloomsburg Fair

Future Payments: On 2 yr Olds in 2002  On 3 yr Olds in 2003

    March 15, 2002-$25.00 - March 15, 2003-$50.00
    May 15,  2002-$50.00 - May 15, 2003-$75.00

    Specify Color, Gait, Sex, Sire and Dam with March 15, 2002
    Payment.  If Color, Gait, Sex, Sire  and Dam are not given with
    March 15, 2002 payment they will be subject to return.

    Starting Fee: $100.00 due 10A.M., E.D.S.T. the day of the race.

    Future Eligibility: The $10.00 nomination fee carries your yearling until
    March 15,  2002 when a $25.00 payment is due, plus another $50.00
    payment on May 15, 2002to  race as a 2 yr old. Any 3 yr old nominated
    which did not race as a 2 yr old is  carried to March 15, 2003 when a $50.00 payment is due, plus a $75.00 payment  due May 15, 2003 to race as a
    3 yr old.

    Payment  Distribution: The amounts of the nomination fee of yearlings
    will be divided  equally between 2 yr old Pacers and Trotters and 3 yr old
    Pacers and Trotters. All subsequent payments will divided by Age, Sex
    and Gait.

    Racing Conditions: The races for both 2 yr old and 3 yr old will be one heat.
    If more than eight declare in any division of the Stake, the Association
    reserves the right to  divide the purse equally and race one heat for each
    division. In the event of  rain the Association reserves the right to postpone
    any division and divide the  purse among all horses entered and present.
    Horse eligibility papers must show a charted line with no breaks behind a
    starting gate with the following standards; 2 yr Pace-2:15; 2 yr Trot-2:00;
    3 yr Pace- 2:10; 3 yr Trot-  2:15

    Money Division: The purse shall be equally divided, one half being allocated
    to each heat and divided as follows: Heat Winner 50%, Second 25%, Third
    12%, Fourth 8%, Fifth 5%.

    If less than five  start the award shall be distributed as follows:

    • (4) starters: 50 - 25 -15 -10%
    • (3) starters:  60 - 30 - 10%
    • (2) starters:  65 - 35%
    • (1) starters:  100%

      In case of a tie,  trophy will be awarded to the horse with the best
      time.

    Gait: Must be specified on all March 15 payments. If entry changes gait
    any time after it has  been entered, it may be transferred to race at which
    gait it has adopted at next  payment and all subsequent payments shall
    follow the that gait.

      Any bad check will automatically disqualify a horse.
